DetailsIn response to the Youth Development Blueprint - Youth Hostel Program launched by the Hong Kong Home and Youth Affairs Bureau, the Y.Elites Association will collaborate with the Nina Hospitality to launch and operate the Home² Youth Hostel project starting from the summer of 2023. The project is located at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West, where 4 levels of hotel rooms will be converted into youth hostels, providing up to 100 rooms and a total of 200 places to working youths aged 18 or above but below 31 with affordable and high-quality living environment.
Home2 Youth Hostel offers diverse activities and support to help young people enhance their value, realize their dreams, and connect with the community. Meeting the housing needs of young people in Home² Youth Hostel will be the first step towards independent living.

The income limit for single-person applications will be raised from the current $26,000 to $28,000, and the total asset limit will be raised from the current $390,000 to $398,000. The income limit for two-person applications will be raised from the current $52,000 to $56,000, and the total asset limit will be raised from the current $780,000 to $796,000.
DetailsHome2 Youth Hostel is located on a portion of the floors within the Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West. It is situated in the heart of Tsuen Wan West, adjacent to large shopping malls and the MTR station. Through the skywalk network known as the "City in the Sky," it connects to 20 shopping malls in the area, which is not only convenient and fast but also advantageous for traveling in various weather conditions.
The area around Home2 Youth Hostel has a well-equipped transportation network. In addition to being just a 5-minute walk from Tsuen Wan West MTR station, there is also a bus terminal and several minibus routes that can reach various parts of Hong Kong, connecting regions in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
Each room at Home2 Youth Hostel provides two beds for two people, with basic rent ranging from HK$4,980 to HK$5,290 per bed, which includes water, electricity, and broadband internet services. You can pay extra $300 every month to use the gym and swimming limitlessly. The average living space ranging from 320 to 450 square feet provides high-quality hotel amenities, and the rooms offer views of the Tsing Ma Bridge or the cityscape of Tsuen Wan.

In addition to the original desk and closet, a desk and a closet have been added and 4 lockable drawers have been provided to ensure that everyone has their own workspace and storage space. Besides, the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower at the same time. Ideal for those with a budget and who enjoy the open view.

Facing Tsuen Wan city center while keeping a distance from other buildings, the 320 sq. ft. space features 2 Queen-Sized beds. DetailsThe Life Triangle (LT) scheme encourages Youth Tenants to participate in interactive dormitory activities, enhance their self-value, and engage in community outreach. The Life Triangle is divided into three categories: Career Planning Points, Life Skills Points, and Community Participation and Outreach Points. By participating in corresponding activities or services, youth tenants can earn Life Points (LP). After reaching the requirement of 200 LP per year, they can continue to earn more LP to receive rental discounts or rich prizes and gifts.
